Turning Tide

Recently I felt that.  For no natural reason...no circumstance I can point to things feel different.  I can only attribute this to faith and prayer.  It's been a very dark month now for us.  Times like this try your soul they say.  Sometimes I wondered if it would be the twilight of my life
Some things hurt so bad that you wonder if it will kill you
These bruised and bleeding skies reminded me of my heart
But somehow God assures me this isn't the end of me
I'll live and not die
and declare the works of the Lord
See things in a new light
It makes so much difference...almost cartoon-like
A new dawn is approaching

    I do not know what is hurting you for sometime now I've noticed. I prayed for you and know it always seems it's the darkest before dawn. You are not alone my friend.

    Joe, I'm so sorry to read that you are going through such a rough and difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I sure hope you and your family will see that light again soon, knowing that the hard times are over. Your post is wonderful and so true. The skies really show the different phases in life, beautifully and painfully at the same time.

      I wish sometimes I could just openly say what's going on but I simply don't have peace to do so. I don't want to create a drama but I know everyone knows something is wrong and the lack of info causes just that. Thanks so much for the prayer. It really does help.
