It’s been cool then hot all over again. Season’s change is still rather subtle outside of it getting dark quicker and being cooler at night. Today is very overcast yet it’s fairly warm. I like the sound of low breezes blowing through the trees. Sal couldn’t care less if he’s had his morning crickets (which he did). I decided to check the leaves to see if they’re changing yet. Change is subtle but visible. The grey light filtering through the clouds makes it seem later than it isbut I like the lighting for pictures. Now fall is a glimmer but all too soon it will be much more obvious.
Cottonwoods are tough to catch in color change mode.....
ReplyDeleteI do believe you're right again John.
DeleteTemperature changes are so common in Autumn...lovely photos, Joe!
ReplyDeleteYou mentioned in a recent comment on one of my blog posts, "Is Monday always mellow?" Well, it is on my blog! LOL! Actually, I try to make every day mellow, as I want people to relax, to enjoy life, to laugh, to smile, to see the positive in life. Hugs to you, my good friend. :)
Thanks my friend! You've got a philosophy I can get behind!

Extremes are for sure part of season's change. So glad you could stop by and your comment worked! I must approve before it posts.
Deletesuper Thumbs up
ReplyDeleteWe had the first frost here last night, fall is more sensible than visible right now. I love this season though :) And I love that picture of Sal! So cute :)
ReplyDeleteAppreciation of each season is a must! Either way Sal sure doesn't care!
DeleteHi Joe!! On the way home last night, I noticed on the sides of the road that some of the leaves were beginning to slowly change. I can't wait until they explode in a kaleidoscope of red, orange, and yellow.
ReplyDeleteAnd they say the fireworks on Independence Day are good!
