…a little rain must fall, isn’t that what they say? Such has been the case here. Just when we warmed up some it cooled down and sporadic rain followed. None the less with the rainfall has come tremendous green countryside and sunsets that look to be out of a painting. The watercolor effect really appeals to me. Just as I was enjoying the scene in front of me I turned around to observe the moon framed by our neighbor’s trees. The days yield mixed results…both blue and gray. Perhaps this is yet another opportunity to see the glass as half empty or half full. I choose the eyes of faith…I’m getting the best of both worlds!
Those post-storm sunsets are incredibly amazing, aren't they Joe? They truly do look like something out of a painting. There have been some incredible sunsets and sunrises here in KY the past week or so. And I am with you buddy, choosing the glass half-full is the way to go...
ReplyDeleteI like the way you think! I hope you'll share a few pictures of said sunsets!

DeleteTemps in the 90's are strangers around here. Like you, the thunderstorms have been raging, keeping things cool. The after maths do make for some great pics.
ReplyDeleteI don't think we've hit the 90s at all...I wonder when we will...July? You're certainly right though: it is photogenic.
