I was beginning to think the season would never act its age. Finally we approach Easter with a day in the 70s predicted. The blood moon behind us now (three more to go) we push onto the days ahead. I’ve seen an eclipse like that…it was awesome but now it’s the warm sunshine I long to see. The light looks more spring-like now but the warmth has been slow to bleed through. There’s a magic to this time of year like no other. Robins are birds some would call simple but I love them. The sunset’s red glare really capitalized this one. What isn’t hopeful about this? The buds are springing to life now too. Dare we hope no for snow to be done now for a while? Whatever may come…hope springs eternal.
Mmmmmmm, look at all that warmth breaking through. The robins are like embers themselves, don't you think? All of these great photos should be clicked and enlarged to take in all the detail. Joe, you did a great job. Now if I left the 2nd one small, it reminded me of meringue just getting ready to touch down on lemon custard and I could almost taste it. Imagination? Maybe. But I like it. You're right, hope & life spring eternal.
ReplyDelete(ps/ oh gosh, wasn't trying to kid you into re-following me, lol, but I see you did, and I have to say thank you. Trying hard to round up the old crew; I'm so sentimental)

DeleteJoe, back on your post right before this one, I left you a note earlier today. Go read it. Has to do with comments.
ReplyDeleteFor an example, I did the setting change on my own, and now I got an e telling me what you said on my page. IF you chg'd your setting, then I would have seen what you said on THIS page to me, too. Works the same for you. I replied to what you said on my own page, but you'd never know unless you walked all the way back over there. Do the setting change. You will LOVE it. XXX
Thanks Jenny, I'll look into it!
