This year the season is passing so quickly. I don't blame you for not wanting to spend a lot of time in the kitchen but I'll bet you are a fine cook! I sense snow is inevitable...Monday doesn't look good for us in that regard right now.Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05244049379186734864noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5369855713862478799.post-87698518483026998862013-11-28T22:56:42.415-07:002013-11-28T22:56:42.415-07:00Happy Thankgiving Joe looks like it was that and f...Happy Thankgiving Joe looks like it was that and feeling a little Christmas too. Not Thanksgiving here in Canada, but I cooked my last chicken I had raised last summer today. It weighed over 12 lbs. We alsways leave 3 or 4 chickens another 3 months to become roasters. I can't believe after a whole year in the freezer there was no freezer burn and it tasted delicious. At least we can eat off the bird for a week. I hate spending time in the kitchen cooking. Well lets see what the weather is going to bring now. We haven't had a things since our big snow almost 2 weeks ago. I have so enjoy the repreave from work outside. But expecting snow this weekend again. I am rather looking forward to it again. Hope you have a wonderful holiday weekend with your family.
