Were you able to get inside, or were they all locked up tight? I absolutely adore places like this that remind us of our past. I can still imagine the people traveling that way. There was also a line that carried coal to and from the old power plant that is closed now.Terry's Tete-a-tetehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11297406601105024339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5369855713862478799.post-84752245246698291812011-10-27T21:59:59.582-06:002011-10-27T21:59:59.582-06:00I'm guessing these are in Montana. Some places have a big port to put the cars under to keep them out of the weather if they can not keep them maintained.

Love the story and the shots.john bordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01202096303366476728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5369855713862478799.post-73063267723312609152011-10-27T21:39:23.702-06:002011-10-27T21:39:23.702-06:00Love these pictures Joe. Amazing place and I always wondered right from a child what it had been like back in the day. I would love a place like this to wonder through. I think I know where there is one.. Just to get to it . The days are so short and getting colder. The sun is shinning here today, the wind is a bit chilly but all in all its still wonderful.
Have a wonderful weekend. Thanks for the blessing of your story and your photos.
LisaLisa https://www.blogger.com/profile/02085717440371812847noreply@blogger.com
